Main Responsibilities :

ssist Centre Manager, Relationship Manager and Sales Executive for handling daily operations in a timely manner

eliver a high standard of customer service to our clients

onsole all the operation and sales reports to Centre Managers for business monitoring

andle customer enquiries / complaints and resolve issues

rovide administrative support for the Centre

omply with the regulatory requirements as well as the internal compliance policies and guidelines

DisplayQualifications(" igher Diploma / DSE graduate or above

inimum 1 year of experience in sales administrative

etail-minded and service oriented

roactive with good communications and interpersonal skills

ood command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin

roficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
