Who we're looking for
Zenyum Hong Kong is looking for a driven individual to join the team as our Business Development Manager. Housed within the Partnerships department, your role will be to ensure we continuously grow and expand our partner base across Hong Kong.
Reporting directly to our Head of Operations and Growth, you will also be working closely with our Head of Partnerships based in our HQ office in Singapore.

We will trust you to :
Expand Zenyum's brand presence in Hong Kong by establishing relationships with new partner clinics
Responsible for establishing a solid pipeline of leads to cater for a high-quality sales funnel
Drive the entire sales funnel from initial partner engagement to securing of signed contracts
Prospect for potential partners through various methods like cold calling, face to face meetings, and through the networking of existing contacts
Qualify prospects against company criteria to be onboarded as a Zenyum partner clinic
Share with prospects about the benefits and requirements of being a Zenyum partner clinic, whilst also understanding their challenges and concerns.
Provide sales forecasts on best case scenarios and likely expected output.
Provide feedback to management on ways to further improve and streamline the sales funnel and partner experience
Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, existing gaps, and opportunities to deliver greater value to partners by extending company offerings
We'd love to see
Minimally a Bachelors’ Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience
Have a solid understanding of social media platforms
A strong mix of creative and analytical capabilities
Understanding of social algorithms and search engine optimization
Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to liaise with local and regional counterparts)
Excellent team working, collaboration and project management skills
Advantageous to possess experience with Meltwater & Sales Force

Advantageous to possess relevant experience in any of the following sectors : dental, medical, pharmaceutical and healthcare (or related)
Keen interest to learn about the process of Clear Aligners and capable of being a quick learner in a fast paced environment
