We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Sales Manager to join our fun, professional and dedicated Kitchens & Concepts Department based here in Hong Kong.
Kitchens & Concepts is a vertical established in 2020 that has now reached its hyper-growth phase. At the core, this vertical develops its own virtual food brands (made available only on delivery) with the help of R&D chefs, that are then franchised to existing restaurants’ kitchens.

Our Account Management team is responsible for relationship management and business planning, including the signing of new restaurant partners to Kitchens & Concepts as well as ongoing account servicing.
The development of tailor-made branding and marketing campaigns will also be a core responsibility of the account management team.
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify leads among all restaurants presented on the foodpanda platform
Schedule, prepare and run sales pitches with the purpose of converting them into Concept accounts
Manage a portfolio of prospects accounts, and meet or exceed goals for account signing and activation
Incubate the new Concept accounts before transferring them to account management team
Coordinate all internal departments of foodpanda to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding of the newly acquired Concept accounts on the platform
Analyse and track KPIs to improve Concept accounts performance
Provide feedback to other internal functions with the purpose of optimizing and improving the business development and onboarding process of new accounts
Qualifications and Requirements
Over 3 years of experience in B2B sales, most preferred with the knowledge of the F&B and / or e-commerce industries
Candidate with less experience will also be considered
Good understanding of the restaurant industry
Hungry for sales achievement with a strong desire to exceed individual target
Self-motivated with the capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Social character with positive attitude towards new challenges
Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
Good knowledge of online marketing concepts and tools will be an advantage
Proficient with Microsoft and G Suite tools
