The incumbent will report directly to the Team Head of the HR Secondment Team and be responsible as follows : - -Mainly provide value-added HR services and advisory to designated group of people from different business units and take part into report writing for different HR initiatives.
Requirements : -Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines -Minimum 3 years of HR experience from sizable organizations.
Experience in banking or other financial related industries a definite advantage. -Strong report writing skills -Good interpersonal and communication skills in Putonghua -Proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded and responsible Applicants who are not contacted within 8 weeks may consider their applications unsuccessful and their personal data will be retained by the bank for a period up to two years.
