Duties :

  • Handle and follow up the customers’ orders and enquiries in timely manner
  • Coordinate with foreign and China suppliers
  • Prepare shipping documents and perform the order-processing in Oracle System
  • Provide full support to sales team for daily sales activities
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • University graduate
  • With 1-2 years relevant working experience is preferred
  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree with good command of English and Chinese, including putonghua is also welcome
  • Proficient in MS word & Chinese word processing
  • Presentable, customer-oriented, proactive, stable
  • Less experience with high calibre is also welcome
  • Full CV in MS WORD + Photo (Optional)
