Responsibilities

  • Competencies - on-site and remote technical support on NMS (NFM-P), and Deepfield DDOS platform- will be prime server platform support but sometimes may also need to support on the hardware platform (7x50 IP / MPLS Nokia routers)- fault simulation in the lab on the servers and some suspected fault cards of 7x50 Nokia routers- able to perform NMS, VM based platform, DDOS platform upgrade independently with minimum supvervision Qualifications - on-site and remote technical support on NMS (NFM-P), and Deepfield DDOS platform- will be prime server platform support but sometimes may also need to support on the hardware platform (7x50 IP / MPLS Nokia routers)- fault simulation in the lab on the servers and some suspected fault cards of 7x50 Nokia routers- able to perform NMS, DDOS platform upgrade independently with minimum supvervision (Nokia Closing text below should not be edited, nor should additional content be entered after it;
