As a digital native and marketer at ELC, you will be responsible for driving growth and own the business on eCommerce business for our Brand sites, Third Party Platform Sites, and Retailer Site for our respective Brands across Asia Pacific, navigating our online brand platforms’ growth, managing operation excellence, collaborating with external and internal business stakeholders to boost marketing effectiveness and accelerate brand growth.

What You Will Achieve

As part of our dynamic team, you will :

  • Develop, manage and execute short- and long-term eCommerce strategy, roadmap and calendar in line with Brand and Affiliate strategy;
  • Identify market opportunities including Social media integration as well as Omni channel services to grow online revenue, as well as analyze online marketing budget and online advertising spend by channel and Brand to maximize ROI;
  • Liaise with Global, Regional and Affiliate stakeholders to develop and manage eCommerce activities to achieve operational effectiveness;
  • Build and maintain relationships and communication channels with Brands and Corporate teams; manage multiple vendor and agency relationships;
  • Strategically support Brands in Digital Marketing activities (e.g. Social Media) to ensure tight integration between eCommerce-specific and Brands’ wider Digital activities that contribute to overall site traffic.
