Purpose of the Job :
This role will be an integral part of the global reliability team and will be key in driving quality, reliability and efficiency improvements using industry recognized LEAN & Six sigma methodologies.
The successful candidate will be a change agent & drive the implementation & sustainability of vital projects like TPM across operations to meet our business goals & customer’s needs & expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
Leading the implementation of larger improvement projects (e.g. GSCS, FMEA, SSO, OPOS & TPM implementation)
Monitor improvement, project sustainability in conjunction with area and functional managers and ensure relevant support is planned.
Deliver tangible benefits to the business by facilitating & Implementing Kaizen / DMAIC improvement projects through to control phase.
Driving and delivering Continuous Improvement project objectives and benefits.
Sharing best practice from DMAIC kaizens & OPL’s across the business.
Implementing and controlling Level 2 RCA kaizen actions in conjunction with the central reliability team.
Acting as a motivator, coach and counselor to the TPM champions / experts & develop future talent within the business.
Advising local management teams and steering committees of Quality Risks and Opportunities.
Preparing Monthly regional consolidated TPM reports & facilitating Monthly regional TPM reviews with Leadership teams.
Driving Quality & ensuring regional adherence to ISO9001 or similar certification, by supporting in the development of the document management system, planning and leading regional internal audit programs & implementation support of essential business process (e.
g. QMS, SSO, GSCS, OPOS & TPM).
Display a strong commitment to Operational excellence activities.

Person Specifications :
Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent.
Operational or technical background.
LEAN six sigma or equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an operations / line management or specialist experience in finance, technical, logistics or service.
Thorough knowledge and skills with Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio and SharePoint.
