Team Leader for Performance Steering for Securities Services APAC
Main activities : Regional level
Accompany Securities Services with their evolution and piloting needs
Coordinate the APAC Regional Performance Steering activities for the Securities Services perimeter :
Leading the coordination between the Securities Services Finance teams in Hong Kong, Australia and Singapore.
Liaison with the Global Finance Securities Services team in Paris
Control over the quality and adequacy of management accounting figures
Actuals reporting and analysis against Budget and prior periods
Budget coordination for revenues, expenses, headcounts, volumes and metier’s allocation keys
Participate to Client Profitability analysis with the dedicated central team.
Hong Kong location
Responsible for the Management reporting tasks at location level for Hong Kong Securities Services performed by Management account specialist under your supervision.

Coordination with the BP2S Business Management
Create regular communication forums with BP2S Metier to be informed of any structural or strategic changes impacting their financials
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support specific BP2S projects and initiatives
Analyse the performance of Securities Services Business and monitor key metrics
Perform regular forecast / prospective analysis
Propose ad-hoc analysis over specific performance indicators
Organise and animate the Budget exercise and other regular reviews
Review and control over data quality of the BP2S Metier P&L
Tracking of any change in product and client structure, and assessment of impact
Control and Analysis of revenues; ability to explain variances vs. prior periods and vs. budget
Control and Analysis of direct expenses and headcounts; ability to explain variances vs. prior periods and vs. budget
Monitoring of internal BP2S allocation keys, ensuring that they are reviewed on a regular basis and kept relevant
Analysis and consistency controls over indirect allocated expenses impacting BP2S Metier
Specific analysis of directly managed expenses
Monthly and quarterly reporting
Scope : Flash revenues / Best guess results, Business Reviews, other specific reporting to regional or local Hong Kong team heads and Central BP2S Performance Steering team
Pre control of reporting data quality and providing value added comments
Analysis and discussion with BP2S Metier on a regular basis in order to understand business environment and business evolution
Ensure adequacy and relevance of available piloting tools offered to the BP2S management; maintain a comprehensive repository
Proactively contribute to the review, maintenance and optimisation of reporting production
Ensure adequate archiving and tracking of official reporting produced
Client profitability, Deal profitability ( 3P ), Unit Costing
Be responsible for regular reporting and analysis of client revenues
Be responsible for the yearly reporting and analysis of client profitability
Support the Metier with the yearly Unit costing exercise according to global methodology, in close collaboration with the relevant business owners and acting as liaison between the Metier and Central Finance
Perform the operational FTE costs calculations on an annual basis according to global methodology
Review and validate the Finance assumptions for 3P deal analysis
Contribute to internal BNPP permanent control framework.
Technical & Behavioural Competencies
Banking experience and knowledge on Securities services products and CIB processes
Excellent skills in Excel / PowerPoint / Data visualisation techniques and proficiency in other MS Office applications
Good understanding of accounting concepts

Bachelor Degree or equivalent
10+ years of Management Accounting experience or similar, in banking industry preferred
