Responsibilities :

  • Handle all office expense and related documents, maintain proper records for Far East Offices
  • Prepare period-end closing schedules and journals
  • Assist in the preparation of different management reports
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor
  • Requirements :

  • High Diploma in accountancy
  • With at least 2 years accounting experience preferably with multinational companies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of English
  • Hardworking, self-motivated and able to meet tight deadline
  • Hands on experience in accounting system. Having knowledge in Coda will be an advantage
  • Immediately available or short notice period is preferable
