  • Provides quality support to clients with moderately complex transactions and processes on a daily basis.
  • Under general supervision, assists clients by responding to phone, email and other inquiries regarding company products, services and procedures.
  • Responds to straightforward client questions on BNY Mellon product features and provides more advanced technical assistance for issues that have been escalated by Operations and other internal / external parties.
  • Researches and resolves moderately complex operational or client issues.
  • Support Client Service Managers on the assigned client portfolio, handle daily administrative tasks including processing payments, billing and account set up etc.
  • Routes issues that cannot be addressed at point of contact to appropriate team and escalate to the manager as appropriate, in accordance with documented procedures.
  • Assists in providing status updates on problem resolution and outstanding issues to internal teams.
  • Reviews daily open items to ensure proper follow-up and closure.
  • Assists with process improvement by contributing ideas to improve team efficiency.
  • Responsible for the quality, meeting deadlines and completion of own work.
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong client servicing and communication skills, be able to handle tedious tasks, meeting tight deadlines and attention to details
