Our client is a well-established, sizable and popular global apparel brand with branches across the globe.
Translate global VM direction and concepts with the input of localization development to local VM team towards the KPIs
Ensure the VM objectives are executed at Corporate and Brand Standard at every channel, including retail stores, omni platform, etc.
Involve in the new store opening projects and work closely with store and retail construction team to develop VM plans
Develop VM guidelines and VM packs regularly / at adhoc basis for marketing campaigns and trading events, etc.
Own the VM Planning Tool for the Country / Cluster and ensure latest VM Tools are shared amongst the business
Provide training to VM teams for guidelines interpretation and the usage of VM Planning Tools
Requirement : :
Bachelor degree or above in Design or related discipline
5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising Design / Management, in which at least 2 years as a supervisory level
Strong business acumen with excellent designing skill
Excellent presentation, organization and communication skill
Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
