Provide all round recruitment logistics
Collaborate with various RSS project teamsfor manpower plans and daily routine matters
Provide HR supports in payroll management, leave management, insurance, employee compensation, taxation etc.
Consolidate HR data and prepare the various reports for management
Assist in reviewing company policies and benefits
Assist in HRIS maintenance and enhancement
Collaborate with various RSS project teamsfor manpower plans and daily routine matters
Assist in coordination both internal and external training programs
Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs for management review
Assist in coordinating performance management administration
Ad hoc project assigned by supervisor
Requirements :
Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines
At least4 yearsâ hands-on experience gained in professional firms or related industry
Experience in handle RSS project is preferable
Well-versed with the HK Employment Ordinance as well as PRC Labour Law
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese and fluency in Putonghua
Good customer relationship management skill
Proactive team player and assertive communication skill
Sound knowledge and skills in HR Information System
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word processing
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
Immediate available is highly preferred.
