Our client is a general insurance company from United States. To cope with their business expansion, they are seeking for an officer administrator to provide support to their team.

Job Description

  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment; inventory supplies and order replacement supplies as needed
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing mail; receive and sign for mail / packages from couriers and deliver to proper recipient
  • Assist other departments with administrative or clerical support
  • Coordinate building and maintenance issues for general repair and updates
  • For candidates with more experience will be considered as Officer
  • Job Requirements

  • Form 6 / HKDSE or above with relevant working experience will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and well organized
