Manage the technical aspects of Property & Facilities in Dairy Farm Store Support Centre, Dairy Farm Training Centre and office / warehouse in distribution Centre and other Dairy Farm Owned Properties.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the operation and management of the technical facilities including but not limited to air-conditioning system, fire service, plumbing & drainage, electricity supply, lighting system, security system and related building works within DF leased & owned Properties.
  • Ensure managed Property & facilities meets government regulations, environmental, health & safety requirements and comply with legislation
  • Manage renovation / restacking / relocation projects and assist in supervising contractors’ work performance.
  • Carry out tender document & drawings preparation, contract administration, site works supervision in relation to the construction.
  • Coordinate with vendors to perform a wide range of facilities related services.
  • Provide support and solutions to users on FM work requests.
  • Design and review maintenance procedures / plan and evaluate the results.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Knowledge and Competencies

  • Tertiary education or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Service Engineering / Facilities Management / Building Surveying / Business Management or equivalent
  • At least 8 years solid experience in building services maintenance / construction / property & facilities management, with 2 years at managerial level
  • Strong knowledge in E&M and quality control
  • Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A)
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, etc
