BitMEX is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our fast-growing team.
What you will be doing
Liaise with different departments on various new crypto initiatives
Perform financial analysis including trading PL attribution
Responsible for treasury controls and management reporting
Participate in month-end closing which would include reconciliation, journal posting, consolidation, and compilation of reports
Involve in month-end reporting which would involve reconciliation, journal posting, consolidation and compilation of financial reports
Establish accounting policy and process flows with a focus on OTC trading
Support in other ad hoc duties and new initiatives. e.g. transfer pricing, reorganisation, company event planning, budgeting, revenue / cost analysis, unlisted investment valuation, regulatory reporting, and financial audit
Involve in system and workflow enhancement
Who you are
Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
4-6 years of experience, ideally with Big 4 and investment banking exposure
Strong understanding of accounting and valuation on financial instruments
CPA qualifications
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English
