About this job

The Specialist mainly for mystery shopper projects is responsible for the provision of all project management deliverables and support in the planning, preparation, execution, and customer support process as well as continuous coaching and guidance to the project assistants and fieldworkers.

This role works in close collaboration with the Client Service (CS) team and as well as engaging with the senior management level.


  • Assist the project-in-charge in managing the whole process of the operation of the project
  • Liaise with client servicing team and other operation teams on the requirement of projects in relation to scheduling, content details, and required materials
  • Responsible for supervision of data collectors on training, work schedule, data quality, and discipline
  • Responsible for duties including data collection and quality checking
  • Monitor the progress of projects to ensure good quality of work is maintained
  • To ensure the reliability and quality of the collected data
  • To confirm the integrity and quality of the interviewers
  • To measure the performance of our interviewers in terms of Integrity, Honesty, and Emotional Quotient
  • A little about you

    You will learn new skills and topics through each project which is customized to our client’s requests. You will learn about managing clients and senior stakeholders, how to influence and lead projects, working in an international environment, and building networks not only in Hong Kong but also in many other countries.


  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, at least a Diploma holder in any discipline
  • Prior experience in project coordination and management is an added advantage
  • Good attention to detail - high accuracy and thoroughness
  • An effective communicator with good presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g., Excel (pivot table, vlookup) and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English. An added advantage for the ability to communicate in Cantonese or Mandarin
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills
