Design Lead (Senior UX / UI Designer)
We are looking for a Senior UX / UI Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our high-spirited team as Design Lead.
We provide a state-of-art webinar and virtual event platform for top-tier partners including Amazon, Apple, Alibaba, New York Times, HSBC, and more.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designe r or UX-UI Designer
Strong MVP and startup mindset
Demonstrated experience with end-to-end product design
A blend of product, UX, UI, and people knowled ge
Able to jump into a fast-paced environment and contribute from day one
User-centric, making decisions based on empathy, market landscape, and data
Degree / Diploma in Web / Graphic / Multimedia Design or related disciplines
Experience in managing a design team is a plus
Experience in HTML, CSS, and Javascript is a big plus
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Product Designer
Responsibilities :
Help define the vision for our end-to-end user experience
Collaborating with product managers to turn that vision into reality
Lead and ship creative and design-led solutions by creating a great user experience
Solving user challenges with a sense of urgency and speed
Drive product-led growth and optimize conversion funnel through the lens of user success
Quantitative & qualitative research to empower a user-centric mentality for the team
Manage and add to an existing scalable design system that will be shared across the team
Lead, coach, and develop other designers to maintain an engaged, high performing team
