Job Responsibilities :
The incumbent will lead a team for developing and enhancing Identity Provider (IdP) systems for post-trade applications. He / She is expected to :
Participate in systems development activities through analyzing business requirements from user divisions, co-ordinate with other application teams on activities with common systems impacts
Participate in application architecture design and system integration solutions to meet upcoming business process and capacity
Follow standards and guidelines on application development; conduct quality assurance review for complex software design and code changes
Collaborate with cross departments during project development
Undertake any other assignments and projects as assigned by superior
Requirements :
Degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related disciplines
At least 10 years' relevant experience, of which at least 4 years at management level
Solid experience in managing and developing large scale mission critical systems on open platform. Development experience in cross platform integration is an added advantage.
Strong troubleshooting skills in an IdP platform
Excellent working knowledge of security standards and protocols, including but not limited to SAML2, OAuth2, OpenID Connect and LDAP
Conversant with SDLC
Strong interpersonal, communication, managerial and people management skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Systems Development Manager.
