Lead the planning and execution of the marketing communication and production of IKEA communication materials base on commercial calendar structure and ensuring the smooth communication between stakeholders
Utilize different marketing / advertising tactics including TVC, print ads, internet and consumer events to enhance consumers’ awareness and call to actions
Coordinating and execution of the global productions such as Catalogue and in-store range brochure production
About the Assignments
Strategically planning of conceptualized ideas, developing and implementing key national campaigns for themes as well as the activities in commercial calendar.
Use consumer insights from market research function to fine-tune and improve strategic planning. Strategically develop and plan the campaign idea or key message for identified themes.
Responsible for overseeing the integration of various marketing creative / communication execution.
Secure that the communication execution in all marketing functions are aligned in content, message, key visual and copy elements under the same direction.
Secure all the communications mentioned above will build a strong and clear IKEA brand identity following IKEA tone of voice and serve the purpose
Responsible for the production of global productions such as Catalogue, in-store range brochures.
Communicate with ICOM to ensure efficiency and correctness and deliver outcomes on schedule. Enhance internal communication with sales team in order to manage them to achieve the goal within limited resources.
Work with local partner to come up improved working process which will increase the overall efficiency and create the synergy.
Ensure the quality and timeliness of communication productions to meet the objective of each project. Develop and document project follow up and best practices for various purposes.
Manage the budget and have a good sense of ROI

Experience with handling multiple projects at the same time with good schedule control
Ability to work with tight time schedules and used to high working pace
Experience of effective and efficient use and measurement of all media
Experience of customer-centric business
Experience in advertising agency
Proven experience of working with / in creative / media agencies
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly both in Chinese and English
Self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
