What is the opportunity?

As the Administrative Officer, you will provide quality administrative support and backup receptionist for the businesses in Hong Kong, maintain high quality standard of services and continue to seek for efficient and effective process to handle all the administration related duties.

What will you do?

  • Handle day-to-day office administration tasks for Hong Kong offices
  • Perform clerical or outdoor and back up receptionist duties
  • Perform and arrange bulk mailings for business in daily and monthly basis
  • Liaise with management office and contractor for building service
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mails, local and overseas courier including preparation of waybill and records
  • Responsible for record storage management including but not limited to maintain inventory list, contact storage vendor to retrieve or to collect archive boxes and destruction monitoring
  • Printing support for business brochure
  • Logistics support for company external and internal events and trainings
  • To carry out other ad-hoc administration related duties and projects assigned by the company
  • Overtime or weekend duties as required
  • What do you need to succeed?


  • Solid experience as an administrator and receptionist
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
  • Proficient in computer software especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and pdf
  • Nice-to-have

  • Strong organization skills with multi-tasking ability
