Risk Management Group(RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management andinternal control frameworks.
We provide independent review and challenge tobusiness to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk / returndecisions.
In addition, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting onkey risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strongfinancial performance, we invest significantly in our people andinfrastructure.
To support the DM Upgrade from V7 to V11 in 4Q 2019
To conduct UAT and ensure the upgrades are successfully implemented
To explore Collection speech analytics, OCR and RPA in 2019 / 2020
To explore and work with the teams on digitalization initiatives
To support the roll out of Project NAGA in 2021
5 years solid experience in collection within Consumer Banking is preferable
University graduate or equivalent OR
Secondary education plus 5 years or above experience on consumer banking
In-depth knowledge in banking operations especially in collection field
Familiar with guidelines / regulations laid down in the Code of Banking Practice, Code of Practice on Consumer Credit Data and HKMA Supervisory Manual
With Customer-focused mindset and good communication and presentation skills
