Our System Analyst is responsible for :
Analysing clients' existing systems and business models.
Mapping and documenting interfaces for legacy and new systems.
Conducting client requirements analysis and translating it to support proposals for modifying or replacing systems.
Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.
Working closely with architects, developers, testers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
Supporting users on change control and system updates.
Providing systems training.
Helping to write user manuals for users of a new system.
Key skills and or traits include :
Working knowledge of programming and analytical skills
Strong communication skills, able to communicate and manage stakeholders across all levels
Experience in working with global cross functional teams is desirable
Manageability, takes direction and provides proactive and constructive support
Proven ability in relationship building and influencing skills in a business and IT environment
Strong communication skills : English speaking and writing skills is mandatory. Preference in Cantonese and / or Putonghua is desirable
Regular daily use of English is standard with presenting, cooperating with stakeholders, attending team / corporate meetings
Collaborative working style, but a self-starter
Experience of working with information management systems
Qualifications and experience
Bachelors or Master's Degree
Qualifications would be preferential in :
ITIL or other internationally recognised qualification
5+ years of experience in Financial Services, IT or Consulting industry
