Corporate Treasury is a function within the Treasury / Chief Investment Office (T / CIO) organization of JPMorgan responsible for managing the firm's balance sheet, liquidity and funding positions, establishing funds transfer pricing policy, executing the firm's securitization programs and managing the firm's relationships with rating agencies and fixed income investors.
The Intraday Liquidity Management and Cash Optimization team is a global team within Corporate Treasury that partners with the Treasury funding desk, balance sheet and liquidity management, all lines of businesses, Risk, Finance and Operations.
The team is primarily responsible for the measurement, monitoring, analytics and reporting of the Firm’s sources and uses of intraday cash, credit and collateral at Central Banks, financial market infrastructures, agent banks and legal entities through the strategic built of the Intraday liquidity dashboard.
In addition, the team works with key stakeholder teams to facilitate, streamline, and execute strategies where liquidity and cash could be optimized in the Firm.
This position will be based in Hong Kong and will report to the APAC lead of the Firmwide Intraday Liquidity and Cash Optimization.
This role will require interest in both Intraday Liquidity and Cash Optimization, and strong partnerships across Treasury functions for all Asia countries including, but not limited to, Treasury Funding teams, Line of Business Treasury teams, Firmwide Balance Sheet management teams, Liquidity Risk Oversight, Operational Risk, Clearing Operations, Cash Management, Nostro Management and Technology teams.
Besides, effective collaboration and communication will be essential internally with EMEA and North America Intraday Liquidity and Cash Optimization teams.
Strong partnerships with key stakeholders to understand the end-to-end processes of transactions will be crucial in identifying risk and opportunities for intraday liquidity management.
Well documentation of analysis is also expected for senior management reviews
