Recruitment Consultant - Key Account

  • This role is responsible to manage a key account - serving a client in banking industry in end-to-end recruitment and HR administrations.

    Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, interviews, identify potential candidates and salary negotiation
  • Maintain and develop good relationship with different business units of the client
  • Provide advises and guidelines to help hiring managers / employees understand and comply with employment related ordinances and internal policies
  • Manage daily HR operations including but not limited to new join, staff movement, termination, performance management cycle, etc
  • Maintain proper records and update in SAP and internal systems
  • Compile and submit internal and client's report in weekly / monthly basis
  • No business development or sales targets
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree holder, preferably HR / business related discipline
  • 2 years or above working experience in the commerical sector, HR related will be preferred, or other client serving background are welcomed
  • Knowledge in HR practices and HK Employment Ordinance
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build up rapport with people at all levels
  • Excellent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written)
  • Customer-oriented, self-starter and proactive
  • Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent computer skills
