Builds the clinical marketing and product marketing strategy for the APAC region
Works with global marketing and country / sub-region marketing teams to formulate and execute product and portfolio marketing strategy
Builds in processes following industry best practices in new product launch process
Assists in building and executing clinical advisory board platform
Lead key business development activities, from the exploratory phase to the launch and the expansion of portfolio installed base
Maximize revenue generation and customer acquisition through the development of new marketing channels and strategic initiatives
Develop customer insights and follow market segment trends closely to anticipate challenges and opportunities
Work closely with global product teams and sub-region teams to provide APAC voice of customer for new products and product launches
Directs the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing.
Monitors the development of business plans, managing lifecycles, and product positioning in the marketplace. Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans.
Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies. Interacts with engineering, manufacturing and sales to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).
Leads new product definition and business plans with joint departments. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge : Ability, competence, and confidence to lead people. Effective interpersonal skills.
Other Desired Skills and Knowledge : Required Certifications and Training : Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility.
Experience Level with Business Tools : Proficient in utilizing business tools such as : E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired. Bachelors Degree or equivalent 8 years of related experience.
3 years management experience or supervisory equivalent
