Manage NPI launch requirements by releasing and implementing product compliance matrix according to product category and target market.

Identify product critical specification parameters and confirm compliance as outlined in the test plans with appropriate margins and capability during design and process validation.

Work with supplier, internal team and 3rd party lab for successful NPI product certificate approbation, including development and elaborate compliance matrix, monitor project progress, identify issues and risks and provide solutions.

Lead or facilitate change requests where there are business needs or regulatory updates.Provide valuable comments and recommendations to design team and guide suppliers in product design from safety, EMC, hazardous substance and IP perspective.

Summarize experiences and work out guideline documents to guide teams and suppliers.
