We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an FMS Assistant Manager Oversight.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Develop the process to support business initiatives for monitoring fraud management and insights
  • Take lead and support regional deployment of MI improvements to drive insights and understanding in fraud
  • Lead a team to revolutionise the MI available and the timeliness of that MI for improved management of Fraud. Utilising modern techniques and real-time dashboards
  • Support regional run-the-bank (RTB) changes, process improvement and projects in fraud management for Wealth & Personal Banking to enhance efficiency and experiences in internal process and customer journey
  • Understand the needs and maintain good communication with regional and country stakeholders to understand, gather and articulate business MI requirements
  • Develop and test complex MI programs & processes according to business specifications and in alignment with Group policies / standards
  • Articulates or translates complex information in clear, meaningful and structured way to suit audience and assists change manager to define problems and ideate solutions to address problems and issues
  • Lead project to change on business readiness assessment, scoping, pilot run, implementation and post-implementation review with benefits tracking in fraud related RTB changes
  • Experience in building business case to evaluates relative costs, benefits risks and dependencies of potential solutions before implementing
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Business Management, Quantitative Analysis, Computer Science or related field. Advanced degree preferred
  • Good understanding of change Management, agile methodologies and techniques is preferred
  • Experience in Business Analysis, project Management with capability of delivering MI changes in Business, operations, risks is desirable
  • Experience in Python, SQL and SAS programming
  • Experience in system automation and job scheduling
  • Experience in delivering MI projects with different stakeholders
  • Knowledge of retail banking products and risk environment would be an advantage
  • Able to identify where process changes will improve operational efficiency
  • Proven ability to work across regions with multiple teams
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
