We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Reporting .

Principal responsibilities

  • Responsible for the quality assurance on the handling of daily Common Reporting Standard related matters and handle escalation from offshore team on Common Reporting Standard form validation and remediation exercise.
  • Monitor progress to ensure timey year end annual reporting.

  • Coordinating between Insurance and Retail Banking Wealth Management regarding matters on Common Reporting Standard reporting under the PAO framework and the necessary follow up.
  • Quality Assurance on FATCA reporting including annual treasury reporting, provide day to day advisory support on FATCA related matters, handle Business Risk and Control Management review and Tax audit and maintenance of FATCA reported profiles.
  • Participate in the Client Tax Transparency project work group and the implementation according the Group guideline.
  • Develop and produce appropriate Common Reporting Standard and FATCA related reporting for management. Provide training and communication to relevant team members and stakeholders when required.
  • Participate in the quality control and assurance of customer due diligence and profiles under the Global Standards.
  • Manage performance, work schedules and provision of developmental activity for team members
  • Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on services within area of specialization
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, audit or a related field
  • Solid work experience in handling CRS, FATCA, Account Opening and customer due diligence process and knowledge
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities
  • Experience in team management with ability to coach, manage, lead and motivated teams to meet required objective
  • Self motivated and proactive with the ability to prioritize with limited guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint presentation skills.
