Job responsibilities

  • Lead the BU finance team and ensure that it is resourced and capable to fully deliver business partner support, key accounting, control, analysis, reporting activities and handle ad hoc projects
  • Act as a key business partner to local BU Managers and liaison with Global BU Controllers
  • Implement corporate finance strategies and policies
  • Support BU to enhance competitive edge over competitors and identify areas where it can be streamlined to increase efficiency
  • Perform controlling function including business partnering and decision support in commercial and strategic matters; negotiate and / or meeting with clients;
  • budgeting, forecast and analysis by client; logistic and distribution cost analysis; improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business, support new business development;
  • and support BU or group projects.

    Job requirements

  • Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline with professional membership
  • Minimum of 10 years' Finance or accounting experience, preferable in FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical skill and sound business acumen
  • Excellent problem solving and people management skills
  • Familiar with SAP and / or Hyperion is preferred
