Greeting and assisting visitors.
Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Anticipating the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Knowledge in MS Office.
Good Written and Verbal Chinese, English and Mandarin skills
Proven Admin or Assistant Experience & Knowledge of Office Management Systems and Procedures is an Advantage
