We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Marketing Manager, Implementation and Engagement.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Helping to drive an effective and collaborative transformation culture, encouraging the wider team to embrace new ways of working driven by technology and data
  • Executing the launch strategy to support a wide range of stakeholder priorities (e.g. POCs, BB acquisition, Home Markets, etc) in the most efficient way
  • Working with the wider team to prioritise the backlog based on customer value and approaching work effective way using agile methodology
  • Taking a hands on approach to launch global data and technology capabilities in local markets
  • Acting as a champion for market needs, sharing a deep understanding of local requirements with the wider team
  • Launching solutions in line with agreed capabilities, budgets and timelines
  • Embedding required changes to empower individuals in marketing to fully leverage these capabilities and tools
  • Requirements

  • Collaborative team player with a desire for continual learning and sharing knowledge
  • Degree level of qualification in a related data, technology and / or digital marketing required
  • Experience working in a diverse and global team
  • 8 years plus experience delivering end-to-end solutions in a complex, global environment
  • Wide experience across all areas of marketing technology
  • Proven knowledge and experience with a global digital marketing technology strategy in a B2B environment
  • Experience in data security and compliance
  • Experience in using both agile and waterfall methodologies to deliver large programmes with a wide range of stakeholders;
  • formal qualifications a plus

  • Experience implementing cloud based SaaS solutions
  • Demonstrate a passion for testing and learning new approaches to channel usage
  • Familiarity with current global macro-economic trends and broad knowledge of financial services
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Proven ability to challenge the status quo and think outside the box
  • Proven ability to work on multi-function projects demonstrating excellent relationship building skills
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • Commitment to putting the customer at the heart of all development and implementation activities
  • Ability to be innovative while shaping and communicating new concepts
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
