Responsibilities

  • Handle the daily operation including monitoring of move, maintenance and cleaning services
  • Assist in managing team to ensure quality of services being delivered to clients
  • Assist the manager to supervise and oversee the daily operation to ensure quality of services being delivered to clients and to meet with the agreed SLA and KPI
  • Handle customers’ enquiries, requests and complaints
  • Coach and supervise the performance of in-house staff
  • Assist to provide health and safety related reports
  • Prepare cost saving initiative for client’s approval
  • Assist to handle the ad-hoc projects and activities
  • Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in property related studies or facility management
  • 2 years’ experience or above in facility / property management
  • Proficient in both written & spoken English & Chinese with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS office application, i.e. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be presentable and possesses good communication skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and hardworking
  • Candidate with less experience / qualification will be considered as FACILITIES OFFICER)
