EPAM Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Recruiter to identify and assess top technical talent across the Asia Pacific region.
The Recruiter will partner closely with his / her hiring managers to provide guidance on addressable talent pools and market conditions, create customized sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and source top candidates for complex technical roles.
The right candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs.

Collaborate and work with an experienced team of recruiters to help support the hiring demand of our rapidly growing businesses
Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, customer obsessed recruitment experience to all stakeholders
Drive simplification and contribute to increase productivity across the team
Agility to adapt the portfolio according to the capacity planning to ensure the team is adequately staffed to prevent drops in productivity or support
Support and drive the roadmap for the EPAM APAC talent acquisition team and partner with teams outside of the APAC region to make sure we are aligned in supporting the businesses
Drive the best possible candidate and referee experience, delivering on key internal SLAs
Drive candidate feedback surveys and participate in other recruiting / HR initiatives to provide the best recruiting support
Communicating : managing in a matrix environment, from maintaining reports to 121 relationships
Operating effectiveness : knowing the importance of maintaining ATS and other supporting technologies

Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
Having at least 3 years of total recruiting experience, ideally with IT recruitment background
Full cycle Technical recruiting experience in a fast-growing technology company or with a fast-paced recruiting agency
Solid track record / experience in corporate and / or search firm, with a heavy focus on sourcing strategy and stakeholder management
Engaging, attracting passive candidates
Engaging, qualifying the brief. Influencing hiring managers on expectations vs reality
Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including social media, proactive phone and internet research
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer
ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, and diversity sourcing
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
