Job Description :

  • Deliver professional customer service and technical support to HKT Premier’s customers via instant chat room and email
  • Customers follow up regarding their enquiries received in writing
  • Communicate customer feedback and process suggestions to Management team for on-going service improvement
  • Work location : Sha Tin
  • Working hours : 42.5 hours per week, 5-day work
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma graduates or above in all discipline
  • With minimum 2 years working experience in customer service, knowledge in broadband / mobile products would be an advantage;
  • candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Relations Executive

  • Good command of written English and Chinese
  • Responsive, meticulous, highly adaptable
