In accordance to the Group strategy, writing the training plan / annual report / working plan or any other report that required
Assist in writing all kinds of reports as required by Head Office
Serve as the internal consultants of various line-departments, to understand their talent development challenges, and thus provide appropriate solutions accordingly
Organizing the training programs from Head Office with good communication skills as well as provide dedicated services
Source and working closely with external learning vendors and providers locally and in the ASEAN region, explore all aspects of learning resources and solution proactively
Handle various ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements :
Bachelor Degree or above is required
Solid L&D related experience preferred
Excellent report writing ,communication, presentation and proposal capability
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset, excellent ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent Mandarin, English, and Cantonese
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, candidates with mastery of Photoshop and other graphic editing software preferred
