Responsibilities :

  • Check and approve the daily processing on loan booking, payment and maintenance for the loan products handled by the Sections
  • Review account reconciliation and ensure timely rectification on exceptions
  • Report exceptions and complaint cases to Department Head and follow up rectification
  • Review and refine operation procedures and workflow for strengthening control and streamlining purposes
  • Supervise subordinates to act according to guidelines and procedures
  • Train and coach subordinates to become all-rounded staff
  • Provide quality services to both internal and external customers within pre-set standard turnaround time
  • Coordinate and participate in special system related projects
  • Keep the operation manual current and update / ensure strict compliance
  • Act as back-up staff for cross team section heads
  • Requirements :

  • University graduate major in Banking or Finance preferred
  • At least 8 years banking experience in loans operations / credit administration, in which, at least 4 years at supervisory level;
  • experience in project management is a plus

  • Good knowledge in banking products and basic accounting principles
  • Able to work independent and under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with analytical mind
  • Candidate with more experiences will be considered for Senior Manager position
