As a member of the Chrono24 HK Team, you’ll ensure that the dealers active on our platform are complying with our guidelines and meeting our standards.
You will ensure they are contacting potential customers in an approach complying with our guidelines and minimize the loss of the company.
You will review messages and complaints from users and take appropriate actions based on feedback from the account managers and other colleagues.
You will also play a decisive role in guaranteeing that our users can rely on the information presented in listings on Chrono24, as well as to ensure our users receive responses to their purchase requests, and they all have a positive buying experience.
