We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Project Lead.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments and changes
  • Continued execution of project plans, management of workstreams, and monitoring of the critical path, dependencies and escalation items
  • Supporting transaction execution on construction milestones and funding
  • Working within project controls and procedures, working within established quality assurance processes
  • Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing support in developing reports on progress, issues, dependencies and risks to project Sponsors and committees (as appropriate) and making recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisation
  • Drafting documents and papers as required for project approvals / minutes taking, maintaining compliance to approvals to different forms of internal approval authorities
  • Requirements

  • Strong analytical background and proven ability in analytical rigor, including being able to contextualize data into business activities and conclusions
  • Experience using model-based representations that can be adjusted as required to collect, aggregate or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business
  • Degree in related field or commensurate practical experience
  • Industry recognized technical certifications preferred i.e. PMP, CBAP, MSP, Change Management, ACP (Optional), Master Black Belt Six Sigma (Optional), TOGAF (Optional)
  • To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Hong Kong is required.
