Gather business requirements from cross functional stakeholders to define scope, design and build the framework for strategic initiatives on data projects
Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors for the smooth functioning of the enterprise data system
Translate business requirements to technical solutions leveraging strong business acumen
Agile team collaboration in continual development of Company's big data analytics platform and existing data governance frameworks
Data analysis, data discovery and metadata management for business intelligence (BI), quantitative modelling, machine learning and predictive analytics projects
Define and lead team to implement the data flow, data visualization, BI reporting, data dashboard, data model data architecture framework, standards, and principles
Experience and Skillsets :
Degree Holder in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in financial service industry
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Data warehouse or Business Intelligent System development of which at least 3 years of leading team
Experience in interacting with lines of business users
Proven track record of successful implementation of all project life cycle stages from requirements gathering through implementation and enhancements
Solid knowledge in Azure Data Lake, DataBricks, IBM DataStage, Cognos, Qliksense, DataRobot, PowerBI and relational database
Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills and an ability to work under pressure
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Self-motivated and possess strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem solving, organizing and project management skills
