The Job

Understand the needs of our business partners and customers, and work with different internal and external stakeholders to deliver good customer services and respond to them as quickly as possible Oversee sales operations of corporate agency to ensure smooth running and regulatory compliance and handle various enquiries from external and internal parties Provide sales support and training assistance to the relevant teams of business partners to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and information for participating the sales activities, campaign management Produce contents for corporate agency’s websites and promotional materials and to ensure all digital content is factually accurate and comply with internal and regulatory compliance Support the team to perform user acceptance testing and conduct end-user training The Person : Excellent command of written English and Chinese Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities Capable of Chinese word-processing is a must.

Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Strong project management skills and attentive to details Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure At least 3-5 years of relevant experience with an university degree in Translation, Languages, Journalism, Marketing, E-Commerce or related subjects Related experience in financial or insurance industry is preferred
