IT Product Specialist

Kennedys IT team is responsible for delivery of a responsive, effective and timely IT support service to the firm's employees and clients.

They devise and implement operational processes and procedures in order to provide reliable and available IT systems to the firm.

Our IT Product Management team is comprised of proactive experts that focus on internal and external applications to provide guidance on procurement, adoption and training of applications.

Primarily located in the UK, this team provides services globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work within a small global team of specialists to deliver expert knowledge and advice on technology use within the firm.
  • This may include 1-1 tutorials, creating and delivering how-to videos, leading webinars, etc.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement within processes by developing business analyses, undertaking formal analysis and validation of requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems, and quantifying benefits and costs as appropriate and prioritising for review
  • Develop and maintain relationships with end-users, researching possible software or process solutions to increase work efficiency.
  • Understand Legal processes to be able to effectively map those requirements to develop business process maps.
  • Support the delivery of selected applications or technologies into the firm, ensuring handover of support material to the internal IT teams.
  • Ensure internally-developed and externally-procured applications deliver expected value.
