Key Responsibilities :

Business Reports & Data analytics

  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly sales reports for Head of Boutique.
  • Inventory Management

  • Perform Stock Counting and Quality control on Watches and Fine Jewellery products with Fine Jewellery Advisor, prepare defective reports and liaise with After sales service department / external vendors on repair follow up.
  • Work closely with Merchandising and operation team on inventory transfer and tracking.
  • Boutique Administration and project management activities

  • Daily Email checking and remark daily, weekly and monthly boutique activities.
  • Prepare Daily briefing material
  • Managing back of house, cashiering, invoicing and packaging
  • Liaise with different vendors and suppliers for the need of the stores
  • Support key presentations preparation
  • Team and Target Management

  • To be responsible for the effective roster management of the retail team with the Head of Boutique
  • Tracking of Boutiques Sales campaign and completion of Sales Target
  • Continuous Improvement

  • Understand and assess process, identify improvement opportunities and quick wins.
