General OA Tasks

  • Manage pantry items, fruit ordering
  • Handle printer paper refill
  • Mail delivery / distribution from mail room to department colleagues
  • Handle secure paper waste box and call Hop Shing for collection
  • Ordering of office equipment and stationery
  • Keys & store room management
  • Stick posters for staff communication on 5 / F
  • Additional Office Administration

  • Manage email distribution groups
  • Support travel booking, travel letters / visa application submission for department colleagues
  • Assist in new joiner onboarding and access rights requests for department colleagues (physical access, equipment ordering and system access GSR)
  • Provide general office admin support; help in the house keeping; routines and activities of the offices
  • Assist in meeting room bookings
  • Support logistics in department events / trainings
  • Coordinate office workspace management, e.g. ensure common areas are clear of clutter, broken furniture / equipment
