We are currently seeking a highcaliber professional to join our team as Headof Business Management, Insurance Transformation .

Principal responsibilities

Ongoing management and reporting of the Insurance SBO Portfolio including SCP reporting.

Benefits Management across the Insurance Portfolio including embedding disciplines and processes.

Insurance Transformation communications strategy, planning and execution.

Executive level MI Reporting on Insurance Transformation including progress against strategic plan and portfolio performance.

Support the Global HO Insurance Transformation in the development and implementation of Insurance Transformation Strategic Plan.

Support the Global HO Insurance Transformation in the ongoing optimisation of Transformation team performance including development of KPI’s and assessment of ongoing performance against agreed targets.

Continuous improvement of Insurance Transformation governance, processes and procedures in line with HSBC Ways of Working.

Actively monitor areas of concern and risk across Insurance Transformation team and portfolio.

Coach and mentor Insurance Transformation resources on executive level reporting and data presentation.

Build and sustain trusting relationships with internal stakeholders; build knowledge of business strategy, trends and key events to inform portfolio planning, risks and dependency management.

Stay up to date on external industry trends, practices and business threats or opportunities.


Solid experience in managing Portfolios, Programs and Projects.

Domain experience across banking, insurance, digital and management consulting

Establishment and management of PMO office including frameworks, tools and processes

Experience in developing strategic plans and ability to turn strategy into executable plans

Executive level MI reporting and presentations

Experience in managing cross functional, matrix global teams

Excellent knowledge of different delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid
