Responsibility :

  • Provide general sales support to Sales Team & answer customer enquiries.
  • Able to work independently with good communication skills, well organized and willing to learn.
  • Manage documents and filing and handle other clerical duties for the team
  • Monitor shipping schedule to ensure on time delivery
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Requirement :

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • 1 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Computer skill in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Words
  • Well organized, detailed minded and an excellent team player
