To interact and liaise proactively with various business unit heads and managers on human resources needs in accordance with the business needs and market trend.
To provide all rounded HR and consultancy services as well as daily support to line departments to ensure their business needs are properly and timely met.
Partner with various line departments to facilitate the effective use of manpower that benefit the Company and responsible for employee performance management.
Assist in developing hiring strategies, including recruitment channels and tools in a cost effective manner; and to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of such strategies, suggest and execute improvement plans.
To suggest and implement plans to reduce staff turnover so as to create a stable environment for Company’s growth.
