We are looking for a talented Senior Manager - Global Talent Management to join our corporate HR team in Hong Kong.

About the team

Our global talent management team designs and implements strategies, processes and technologies that help us advance professionally, drive productivity and help the organization find and develop the right talent for the right role.

We look for individuals who challenge the status quo, possess analytical skills, have innovative mindset, want to make an impact on exceptional talent acquisition and management strategies and develop best practices in the company.

We determine talent needs, create talent strategy and drive initiatives for creative but pragmatic solutions to ensure a diverse and healthy talent and succession pipeline, for today and the future.

About this role

Act as a trusted partner to the HR leadership team and senior executive of the business to drive talent initiatives including talent acquisition, talent review, development, succession planning, and performance management.

As a member of Global Center of Expertise, lead market research on Talent Management best practices from talent assessment, talent identification, development to retention for formulating global framework, tools and processes.

Apply data analytics and provide insights on people data for leadership development strategies & organizational planning

Collaborate and work closely with HR and business leaders to understand, define and build talent strategies as well as implementation of end-to-end talent programs.

Provide suggestion, insight and advice on talent management initiatives for the business to ensure continuous improvement and relevancy to the talent agenda across different business and functional units.

Drive Talent Calibration meetings with the HR and business leadership teams effectively in supporting the business to identify top talent for development.

Design and deliver train-the-trainer programs to global HR community and senior leaders. Provide coaching to local HR teams and line management globally on talent acquisition and management programs.

Participate in new talent system selection, testing and enhancement / deployment if necessary.

Partner with our hiring managers and HR Business Partners to lead talent networking, mapping and strategic sourcing for senior roles in building external talent pipeline.

You might be a good fit if you have

University degree holder in related discipline

Minimum 5 years of solid Talent Management experience preferably in regional or multinational environment

Experience in partnering with senior leadership stakeholders

Excellent communication across-culture, strong influencing and presentation skills

Sound project management skills

Self-motivated, independent, result-orientated with strong analytical and critical thinking capability

Agility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-changing environment flexibly

Strong sense of accountability and eager to learn and grow
