Job Description Responsibilities
Conduct market research and develop competitor threat intelligence augmented with industry & technology trends to develop strategy for business growth
Carry out consultative selling to advice business leaders to develop strategy and drive business transformation
Develop and support Industry Sales Plays that drive net new pipeline opportunity
Be the industry evangelist and collaborate with the product and strategy teams
Develop and support execution of industry-oriented sales plays
Conduct focus groups and facilitate workshops with business and technology team to solve business problems
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution and infuse market insights to enrich product strategy and roadmap
Quantitative research methodologies include data mining and creating business models
Qualitative research methodologies include performing market research and collecting business intelligence
Consolidate the findings from the analysis and present solutions to the client
Develop and present a plan to implement the recommended changes
Lead development team in their product roadmap and building journey
Support the business development activities of the firm such as pursuit development and production of thought papers
Effectively prepare business proposals and presentations
Identify and negotiate schedules, milestones, and resources required to meet project objectives
Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out
Responsible to work closely with Sales leaders for the growth of the account by 10% y-o-y.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a top institution
Expertise in Travel and Airport hospitality industry and has worked for more than 10+ years with immense experience in business transformation.
Experience in Asia Pacific is an added advantage.
Track record of performing discovery for digital transformations executing digital strategies
Prior experience with software / IT organizations and with a demonstrated proficiency of Travel & Airport Hospitality industry or solution segment
Prior experience with software / IT organizations and with a demonstrated proficiency in digital commerce and business process optimization
Knowledge of Commercial / Payments marketplace, Travel marketplace including products, target market and competition would be an added asset
Well-developed core consulting skills of research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail
Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results
Exceptional problem-solving skills - an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team.
