Our Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.
You will :
Own the complete process of services and materials procurement in the form of club-wide contracts for property facility management, from tracking status to contract closures.
Work with all stakeholders to resolve any contract issues in on-going operation.
Work closely with various HKJC departments and sections to manage property facility management contracts.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including government authorities for necessary contracts for licensing renewal and related issues to fulfil operational needs
devise and maintain a comprehensive contracts and related license renewal plan, monitor and estimate the schedule for contracts and license renewals
Work with various stakeholders to optimize cost and performance of all contracts
provide key performance indicators to monitor the contract performance of Property facility management
Continuously improve contract procurement processes.
You should have :
a degree in Building Services Engineering / Building Surveying / Environment Management or related discipline
at least 5 years relevant experience in property facility management and contracts management.
Familiarize with facility management services and materials contracts, eg specifications, bill of quantity, terms and conditions.
practical experience in operating Maximo, Oracle or other computerized maintenance management systems would be an advantage
good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
hands-on experience in using MS Office applications
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
